How do I start?
The best way to start is to visit our showroom. Bring as many measurements and pictures as possible to help us serve you better. An estimate is given prior to our in-home consultation.

Should I make an appointment?
We strongly suggest calling ahead and making an appointment. This ensures that one of our design staff members can assist you fully. Call 330-855-7751 today!

What is the turnaround time?
Most blinds and shades are installed within 2-3 weeks of ordering. Custom drapery orders are typically completed and installed within 8 weeks.

Do you carry off the rack products?
We do not. Everything at Nancy’s is custom and made to order. We do stock various traverse and curtain rods that you may purchase at any time.

How far does your company travel?
Nancy’s Draperies serves a radius of about 50 miles. Anywhere up to an hour drive time is typically fine!
